  • Standard production time at Crafty Nicks is 5-7 business days, encompassing order creation, proofing, production, and quality assurance. Please be aware that this timeframe might be extended for large or uniquely custom orders.  For rush orders or expedited production please contact me before placing an order.

Shipping Options

      We offer various shipping options to accommodate your preferences. The delivery speed is determined by your chosen shipping method during checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (3-10 business days): Our default option ensures delivery within 3-10 business days after proof approval and production completion.

  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): For quicker deliveries, choose expedited shipping, guaranteeing arrival within 2-3 business days after production.

  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): If urgency is paramount, our express shipping option delivers within 1-2 business days post-production.

       Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, and unforeseen circumstances.

If your custom-made item arrives damaged or you receive an item that is incorrect or defective due to a mistake on our part, please contact us at craftynicksdesigns@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order. To expedite the process, please include clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on returning the item.
  • Returns for custom-made items will only be accepted if the item is damaged and the return is approved by Crafty Nicks. To initiate a return, please follow the steps outlined above. We reserve the right to deny a return request if the damage is not deemed to be a result of the manufacturing  and shipping process or if the request is submitted after the specified timeframe.
