  • Upon placing your order with Crafty Nicks, you can anticipate receiving a proof within a few days.
  • Once your personalized proof is ready, I will send an email notification to the address used during the order placement.
  • Detailed instructions for your next steps will be provided within the proof, ensuring a smooth and collaborative customization process.
  • We understand that accidents can happen. If your custom-made item arrives damaged or you receive an item that is incorrect or defective due to a mistake on our part, please contact us at craftynicksdesigns@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order. To expedite the process, please include clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on returning the item.
  • Returns for custom-made items will only be accepted if the item is damaged and the return is approved by Crafty Nicks. To initiate a return, please follow the steps outlined above. We reserve the right to deny a return request if the damage is not deemed to be a result of the manufacturing  and shipping process or if the request is submitted after the specified timeframe.
  • Due to the custom nature of our products, items that are not damaged, incorrect, or defective are non-returnable. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to create unique pieces specifically crafted to your preferences.
  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement of an item.

  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): For quicker deliveries, choose expedited shipping, guaranteeing arrival within 2-3 business days after production.

  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): If urgency is paramount, our express shipping option delivers within 1-2 business days post-production.
